The trip was truly wonderful. I called on Friday and left word for you to call. I am now in the office for my first day and am quite busy. I will send you a more detailed report and some suggestions later this week. Also, we may need your help in dealing with LAN on one issue. The bottom line, however, is that this was one of the best trips we have ever taken and arguably the best from the perspective of the beauty of the country. We had a wonderful time on the trip to Chile. The tour guide from ADS Mundo (Emilena - I think that's how you spell it) was especially good and the tours of Santiago and Val Parasio/Vina del Mar made it much more than just a ski trip. The food up at Valle Nevado was also really good- better than we had in Italy! (I am Italian so that's a particularly hard thing to admit). The wine was better, too. I will recommend you if someone ask for advice on travel to Latin America Thanks again for all your help.

Mr. Scarcello's party has returned from Portillo and Santiago with much praise for the trip. They all said that the hotel, particularly the food, at Portillo was nothing less that outstanding. The service at both hotels was super and that the arrangements went very smoothly. They have all called me to express their gratitude for the work in arranging the trip. They keep thanking me, so I wanted to thank you myself for your guidance and expertise in putting the trip together. Your experience and knowledge of the area was invaluable and have made me out to be star in the eyes of my boss and his friends. The credit belongs to you and I thank you. On arrival at the Pier in Valparasio we were greeted by our charming, humorous, talented and very knowledgeable tour guide, NELSON. We could not have desired a better combination of Nelson and Angel the driver. We have fallen in love with Valparaiso, sorry we did not have some more time to spend. On Sunday, 13th March , 2016 we were picked up at our hotel again by driver Angel and PILAR our charming tour guide. She was an expert in the history of Santiago and brought to us lots of informative data. Pilar was very patient and she answered all our questions very professionally. The driver who transported us to the airport for our return flight was also very commendable. Hi Andrea, I just want to thank you for all of your help on our Chile trip. It was wonderful, and really could not have gone any more smoothly than it did. I have to admit that I was nervous about all the transfers happening like they were supposed to. But the transfer people were there waiting for us every time--even when our bus from Bariloche to Puerto Montt was two hours late because of delay at the border crossings. The trans-Andean crossing was terrific. We had the good fortune to have a perfectly clear sunny day for it. The Explora Hotel really is a very special place. We had to take a deep breath at the cost. But we thought we really got what we paid for and more. And the Tierra Atacama was great too--a little rougher on the edges than the Explora, but still a great place. At both the Explora and Tierra Atacoma the food was absolutely five star. The car hire to Valparaiso and Vina on the last day of our trip worked out really well. The driver and guide were quite happy to extend the tour a few extra hours for a modest fee, and then drop us off at the airport. As we had plenty to do and see, the extra time made for a better and less rushed excursion. So thanks again for helping make this such a great trip. You have some very satisfied clients. (I will be happy to give you any details on any parts of the trip that you might be particularly interested in.)
